How do I cancel my subscription?
In this documentation, we will guide you through the process of cancelling your subscription with ForestVPN. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions to make the process as smooth as possible. Let's get started!

If you cancel your ForestVPN subscription, your account will remain active with premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Once your billing cycle ends, your account will revert to a free plan, and you will lose access to premium features.
If you want to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

- Open the App Store on your device.
- Tap on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap on Subscriptions.
- Select your ForestVPN subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap on the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Tap on Subscriptions.
- Select your ForestVPN subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Click on your profile picture located in the bottom left corner.
- Choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your Apple ID password or use Touch ID if prompted.
- Scroll down to the Manage section and click on "Manage" next to Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel and click on Edit.
- Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
