How do I delete my account?
Note that deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your account data, including your payment history and subscription details. If you have an active subscription, it is recommended that you cancel it before deleting your account to avoid any unnecessary charges.
To do so:
- App
- macOS
- Open the ForestVPN app. You will find yourself on our home page.
- At the top of our home page, above the player button, you will find your account ID. Tap on it to access your Profile settings.
- After opening the Profile settings, tap on the first option, Profile. There, you will find information regarding your authentication.
- The final step will be to scroll to the bottom of this page and click on "Delete account". A pop-up window will open, requiring you to wait 10 seconds before pressing "Delete". Once you do, your account will be permanently deleted.
- Open ForestVPN.
- Tap on the three lines in the left corner to open the side menu. Tap on Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of this page and click on "Delete account". A pop-up window will open, requiring you to wait 10 seconds before pressing "Delete". Once you do, your account will be permanently deleted.
